ORDERS

What happens if my order is damaged or missing? 
We can issue a refund or replace your missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please check your order as soon as possible. If anything is missing or incorrect, call 817-454-3532 or email info@olivetreebodycare.com. It helps if you have your order number. Note: we can only reship to the address on the original order. 

If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email it to us. If you choose a replacement, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again.

How do I return items?
Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition. If you want to return an item, please call us at 817-454-3532 or email info@olivetreebodycare.com within 30 days for a resolution.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded. We recommended insuring the return and getting the tracking information.

Please allow us 10 business days to process returns.

SHIPPING

What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times. We’re happy to ship via UPS or USPS.

  • USPS normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10 depending on weather events and the holiday season. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, delivery can take between 15-30 business days. If your package goes missing, please contact your local post office for assistance. 
  • Ground shipping takes 2-5 days to deliver in the US from our Crowley, TX fulfillment center. We may ship your order via USPS, UPS or UPS Surepost at our discretion. Ground doesn’t guarantee any specific delivery time and it can take up to 10 days. Find a list of transit times below. Certain areas of your state may be more easily accessible, so you’ll see it more than once. 
    • 2 business days: AR, KS, LA, NM, OK, TX
    • 3 business days:  AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, ND, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
    • 4 business days: CA, CT, DC, DE, ID, MA, ME, MT, NH, NJ, MA, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, VT, WA
    • 5+ business days: AK, HI, PR, GU, VI

    How long does it take for my order to ship?
    Once your package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier determines the transit times. Our in-house processing time is usually 3 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 6 days. If you have a question about current times, email us at info@olivetreebodycare.com.

    Do you offer bulk or special orders?
    If you need a size larger than we offer on the website, email info@olivetreebodycare.com.

    LOCAL AREA PICK-UP

    How does local pick-up work? At Olive Tree, we’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our customers. That’s why we’re proud to offer curbside or porch pickup at our Crowley, Texas location. Simply choose the local pick-up option at checkout, and we will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
